Each bill is scored -3 (severe violation) to +3 (explicit protection) on each dimension. Composite weighted sum produces the Red / Yellow / Green label.

When a bill contains any of these patterns, CLIEAIR raises the dimensions linked to that concern. These are published verbatim so anyone can do the same scan themselves.

The four authorities we cross-check
Where three or more ideologically distinct schools agree on a reading, CLIEAIR publishes the score with HIGH confidence. Where they diverge, CLIEAIR surfaces all analyses and flags the score as DISPUTED — voters see both sides.
